Thozia.com ("Thozia", "we", "us") operates the Thozia AI governance platform.

Data we collect

Thozia collects the following data to provide its service: organisation profile information, user account details, AI tool usage signals from the browser extension (tool domain, session duration, file upload signals — never prompt content), compliance configuration, and audit logs.

How we use your data

Data is used solely to provide the Thozia service — calculating AI value, risk scoring, and compliance reporting for your organisation. We do not sell data. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Data residency

All data is stored in Supabase Sydney region (ap-southeast-2) for New Zealand and Australian customers.

Prompt content

Content is analyzed transiently, on-device, to classify task type. Raw prompt and response text is never stored and never transmitted — only the resulting classification label leaves the device.
