By accessing or using the Thozia platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

The Service

Thozia.com ("Thozia") provides an AI governance platform that helps organisations measure the value and risk of AI tool usage. The Service includes a web dashboard, browser extension, and reporting tools.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Each account is for use by a single organisation.

Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations, or to infringe the rights of any third party.

Data ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you provide to the Service. Thozia does not claim any rights over your organisational data. We process your data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscription and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods.

Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thozia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Auckland, New Zealand.
